Description

St. Louis-San Francisco Railway (Frisco) 2-10-0 #1625, a Decapod type according to the USRA, at the Museum of the American Railroad at the old location in Dallas, Texas. The loco has an interesting history according to the museum page: " Originally built to 5 ft. Gauge for Imperial Russian Railways, never delivered and was subsequently regauged and sold to USRA, then resold to SLSF Railway after WW1.  Sold to Eagle-Picher Mining Co. in October of 1951." A long history for the engine.
